How long does it take to build these homes?
The time frame to construct your home depends on several factors:

From start to finish, if everything goes well a home can take as little as 4 months to complete and should never take over 6 months to complete.

What makes a Post-Frame Home so energy efficient?
Post-Frame Homes have a 7” plus perimeter wall cavity that allows an R-19 to R-24 in the exterior walls. The ceiling typically has an R-30 to R-40 insulation. We also use and R-11 reflective insulation under all of the metal on the walls and the roof. |
